  • Restrict COD access for customers with repeated return-to-origin (RTO) history

If a COD parcel is refused without valid reason:

Chargeback fraud, false disputes, or intentional misuse of payment systems may result in:

  • Not to misuse COD services
  • Not to initiate false chargebacks
  • To provide accurate delivery details
  • To comply with all applicable laws

Violation may result in permanent service restriction and legal action.

 


12. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
